Question 1

How quickly will you reply?

Accepted Answer

Messages sent during opening hours are answered the same working day. Anything that arrives overnight or at the weekend is picked up on the next working morning. If the job is urgent, call 07561 754501.

Question 2

Where are you based, and where do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We are based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and cover the PE postcodes plus towns across Cambridgeshire — including Cambridge, Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots, Stamford, March, Wisbech and Ely. If you are just outside that area, ask: we regularly travel for larger jobs and contracts.

Question 3

How do I get a price?

Accepted Answer

Use the AI Quote Assistant for an instant estimate: answer a few questions about the property and the work, and you will get a price range straight away. Every quote is checked by our team before it is sent, so what arrives is a firm price for the work described.

Question 4

Can you work outside your opening hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Early morning, evening and weekend slots are available, which suits offices and retail units that cannot be cleaned during the day, and tenancy turnarounds between moves. Tell us your preferred times in your message and we will work around them.

Question 5

Do you take commercial, landlord and letting-agent work?

Accepted Answer

We do. That includes recurring contract cleaning on its own schedule, end-of-tenancy and HMO turnarounds, and maintenance or trade work between lets. We can invoice the business or the landlord directly — just tell us who to bill.

Question 6

Who do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Gleamo Property Services is a Roclla Media company, and all payments are made to Roclla Media. Card payments are taken securely online, and invoices are issued to the named customer or company.
