We're a Peterborough-based cleaning and property services company, proudly serving homeowners, tenants, landlords, estate agents, property managers and businesses across Cambridgeshire. We combine professional, reliable teams with intelligent quoting and clear communication — so every job, from a one-off clean to a multi-site commercial contract, is managed properly from enquiry to completion.

Our story

Cleaning and property work, run properly

Gleamo Property Services started with a simple frustration: getting a straight answer, a fair price and a reliable team for property work was harder than it should be. Quote requests went unanswered, prices appeared without explanation, and nobody could tell you exactly what had been done when the job was over.

So we built the company around fixing that. Every enquiry starts with our AI Quote Assistant, which gathers the detail — rooms, sizes, condition, photos, or your own job sheet — and then our team prices it against our live 2026 rate card. You get an itemised quote in your own portal: a numbered scope of work, the checklist we'll follow, any materials or tiered options, and a clear total with no hidden extras.

From there it's ordinary, unglamorous good service. Local teams who arrive when they say they will, job sheets so nothing is missed on the day, photo proof of work, and one point of contact from the first question to the final invoice.

Today we look after homes, rental portfolios, commercial premises and new-build developments across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire — from a single room to a contract covering multiple sites. Gleamo Property Services is a Roclla Media company.
