Builders cleaning is measured in phases, because a site cleaned too early is a site cleaned twice. Our rough clean clears construction dust, packaging and debris so trades can work in a safe, presentable space; the fine clean details every surface, kitchen, bathroom, frame and fitting; and the sparkle clean delivers the finish a client, buyer or tenant walks into.
