How much does painting and decorating cost?

Prices start from £120 for a room and depend on size, surface condition and how much woodwork is involved. A full property refresh or exterior work is quoted after we've seen or been sent photos of the space.

Do you supply the paint?

You can supply your own paint, which many customers prefer so they can match existing colours exactly, or we can quote to supply trade paints. Tell us which when you request your quote and the price will reflect it.

How many coats do you apply?

Two coats as standard on walls and ceilings, with additional coats where a colour change, bare plaster or a strong previous colour needs them. Woodwork is sanded between coats for a smooth finish.

How long does a room take?

A standard bedroom or living room is usually one to two days including preparation and drying between coats. Larger rooms, hallways and stairwells take longer, and we'll confirm the schedule before we start.

Do you move furniture and clean up afterwards?

We move and protect what can safely be moved, cover floors and mask off fittings as we go. At the end we remove our masking, put furniture back where it belongs and take away decorating waste.
